Education is the manifestation of human experiences is what great people have told, but our college is the manifestation of the greatest minds to have conquered the world...,

Words become short to talk about our college the one which has given us so many things, things that we will never forget those memories , beautiful experiences and lovely flavor of intellectual enjoyment one can never find anywhere except our college.

To us our college is like the beautiful gardens of the Babylon just the greenery and the design is so mesmerizing, one can never think it is so very beautiful from inside unless he visits here once. 

Also we are proud to say our college is among the oldest engineering colleges and is soon reaching its centenary celebrations.We surely are proud to call our selves that we belong to this prestigious institution. 

U.V.C.E.(University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering) as we proudly say belongs to the Bangalore University and it is the one and only engineering college under the banner.

Our college has become a best place to all those who aspire to be true engineers as it gives us a platform to be ourselves and learn by exploring and enjoy ourselves at the same time.

 U.V.C.E. is a sacred temple of knowledge where the explorable is always allowed to be explored and you are free to be the way you want to be at the same time ,learn how to carry yourself with self confidence.

Now coming over to the highlights of our college here are a few...

Friends are the best part of anybody's life during their college so are my friends...,I guess without them there wouldn't be college as it was or it is or it will be in the near future as well.

Friends truly are the best when it comes to college life as they know what to do and how to do to keep the environment hale and hearty at the same time not too monotonous...,

We friends have a lively time in our beautiful rock garden and also in front of the Cyber Center (Minchu) ,these are the favorite Addas (place for hangout) in our college.

We have a gala time celebrating birthdays, placements, class bunks, etc..,Our adventures also have taken us to the far places of India where we have been to trips to places like Mysore, Belur Hale Beedu ,Tamil Nadu and Kerala....,My friends have also gone a step further they have constantly been there with me during all the beautiful journeys of my life from the day one of my college life till date.
They always have been the constant force behind me by encouraging me to be what i want to be as well support my every right cause.

Teachers in our college are a special mention they are the best faculty we could have ever asked for. 

From the principal of our college to to the lecturers all of them are a dedicated lot always constantly trying to improve us by bestowing the knowledge to us and showing us the path to success by being ever encouraging to do what ever we love the most.

Our teachers are all a part of the research and almost 50-60% of our faculty are doctorates.Hence, it feels very proud to say that we all are their students.

U.V.C.E. has never been short on talents we have the best and the unique set of talents varying from cultural to educational, we are proud to say that alumni of our college are film actor Ramesh Aravind  to music director Mano Murthy ,our college has also been the epicenter in the production of talents to today's IT industry who are all at the helm of the affairs in many of their Esteemed International Companies..,

Surrounding environment is mesmerizing in our college ,put up in the heart of the city one can never say that its situated in such a place given the soothing and a calm environment our college provides,our college covers quite a huge space in terms of  realty yet remains so very distinguished due to the immaculate design by the great Bharata Ratna Sir M.Visvesvaraya and is so very well maintained given that nowadays the trees are really hard to find in the city.

Our college boasts of  50years old twin trees which are a treat to watch and are visible as soon as we enter the college.Those trees have for long been the symbol of our college's pride..,Our college also boasts a banyan tree that is next to the lecture complex and all around our college you will find one unique thing is the freshness in the air due to the trees and greenery, it surely is soul cleansing experience.

The rock garden is a special mention which has a terrace farm kind of an appeal that it gives due to the very architectural design given to it..,every time we spend our time here it feels like we are transformed and taken to a ride into the the world of imaginations ,where our minds are so refreshed and thoughts are so free flowing and the world looks so very clear and wonderful to our eyes.

Our campus is worth a mention as it is considered the best and eternal as i can blindly challenge there is none who can cannot like it.

It has the most beautiful architectural designs and a marvelous spacing that gives it an extra brownie point. Given that more the time you spend here there is always something new and unexplored that remains to be seen every time you go around our college.

Our college boasts of a quadrangle just opposite to the entrance where most part of the crowd is seen bustling through the ever voluptuous corridors of our college with their friends, also this very quadrangle is the  same place where our fates are sealed when companies come to our college, least would you have thought that the same place where you spent so much time chitchatting and gossiping would tomorrow be the place which will seal your fate. Our campus also has the an open air theatre where our biggest and the most rocking fest called milagro is held.

We in our college have a newly established multimedia lab where there is total access to internet and it is also a virtual class room with the state of the art facilities for our study. Our labs have a well furnished set of systems with great hardware configurations to those who are a game for knowledge..,not to forget our very own cyber centre a.k.a. minchu which has the best in quality access to free wifi which has a great bandwidth and speed that makes us feel soo addicted to the place. 

Our College canteen is like the oasis in the desert ,being in a strategic position near the huge peepal trees of U.V.C.E. which naturally forms the huge shelter for all those who come to spend their time from the boring lectures..,We in our college have a canteen that resembles the  shantinikethan way of open doors ,always free and enriched with fresh oxygen thanks to the peepal trees. Also not to forget the cool drinks that are always available during the scorching heat of summer which gives us a sense of content which is a must try.

Fests in our college are a special mention as no other college can boast of the kind of fests that we have...,Can you believe it we have four fests in our college??? Yes its true ,we have a wonderful time enjoying and the furore is overwhelming considering the fact that we have so many of fest celebrated in our college..,

We have a techno management fest called INSPIRON conducted by the training and placement office during the first half of the year where we can see U.V.C.E. filled with all enthusiastic set of students all rearing to participate in the events.

The first half of the year also boasts of cultural fest called FIESTA which is conducted by the third year students of our college that has the best foot fall of students who are all there to enjoy and get mesmerized by the cultural beauty U.V.C.E. offers them.

The second half of the year also has a techno management fest by name IMPETUS which is conducted by the IEEE U.V.C.E. chapter that gives an opportunity to all budding entrepreneurs and technical enthusiasts to take part ,learn and enjoy. 

Finally the biggest and the most awaited fest of the year is MILAGRO which is organised by the final year students and its the best ,the biggest fest of U.V.C.E. that is a fun filled and ever popular cultural extravaganza for which students wait all year long just to witness the fest unfold in front of their eyes.
